HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You have 24 hours to cancel an order, after 24 hours your order can no longer be canceled. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

We process every order the next business day due to 24 hour cancelation window. Once we drop off the packages at the post office shipping time may vary.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO WE USE?

United States Postal Service (u.s.p.s). 

DO YOU SHIP OUT OF THE UNITED STATES OR TO PUERTO RICO?

We currently are not shipping out of the United States.

Unfortunately, the United States Postal Service (u.s.p.s) does not deliver packages to Puerto Rico.
